I really appreciate the tailored service and the top end products offered.
Very patient associate that took her time to work with me through several pairs of shoes that were not a good fit for me. She was very patient and took the time to educate me and work with me. She was wonderful.
The associates are so knowledgeable and open. I believe all the associates are active runners or coaches or both. At, the store there's a huge variety of shoes, clothes, and any other running gear you can think of. Its welcoming and the prices are fair for a running store.
I like your products, but I am limited to my selection because I wear 111/2 B in a woman's shoe.

The knowledge and professionalism of the staff! They go out of their way to help with all aspects of dealing with my problem feet! I went there for the 1st time last year and have very hard to please feet! Many issues finding the right shoe.
They are very patient and go above and beyond and never made me feel bad when I came back the next day for a different pair, which were perfect.
I returned recently for another pair, same thing happened, I guess because my feet were so sore, I had to come back the next day again and now I have the perfect shoe.
They did everything right, it’s just my problem feet. Again they never made me feel bad, even though it was very hard for me to exchange, once again.

Personal attention
I received excellent service from a young man who was there Monday morning, the 28th of October. He knew exactly what shoes to bring out as I shared with him the foot discomfort I have been having. I am currently wearing the most comfortable running/walking shoes that I do not want to take off! Having a car injury on December 2000, left me with a brain injury. Wearing the best shoes is the best thing I can do. This is the third time I have been to this shoe store. The staff are very experienced with picking out the shoes, once I tell them what is bothering me, and the type of activities I am currently doing.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable! She scanned my feet and thoroughly explained the results of the scan. In addition, she connected me with shoes that felt wonderful on my feet. No longer do I have to contend with the nagging pains that resulted from shoes that were not suitable.
Furthermore, I have been encouraging a number of people, including my son and a woman I met at Walmart, a total stranger, to give Fleet Feet a try.
I liked the fitting process, the 3D scan to measure my feet showed issues of which I was unaware. The salesman who helped me was especially helpful. I look forward to shopping with your company whenever I have needs for my running and walking needs.

Very helpful sales associates who always listen to what I need and want in a shoe. As someone with a wide foot, I require a more unique shoe. The new technology that does a 3D scan of your feet helped identify where I needed to focus on shoe width. Great experience, as always!!
