The ladies strength building class on Sundays at 2pm. It would be great if their could be another class like this during the week in the evenings for ladies only. And another evening Zumba class on a Friday.

Just one thing when is the creche is coming back
The staff on reception are very helpful and explained very clearly the various passes available to us and costs.
The changing rooms and showers are very good and kept clean & tidy.
The main pool is good for a swim and again the staff making sure everyone is safe are also nice.
Overall a great experience and we will continue to use these facilities and will recommend to our friends and family.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a choice off activities during the day.

Copley is a great local facility and an asset to the community. Reception staff always helpful and cheerful.
I love Beatz with Jo, Zumba with Lisa, Pilates with Paula, Body pump with Dale and Darrens classes. I prefer standard pilates or yoga to body balance.
Joining Copley has made a real difference to my health and well being, so thank you. I didn't have the confidence to go to a gym class before and everyone is so friendly and supportive I'm now trying everything! I tried Chi ball yoga last week and that was so relaxing.
The only possible thing I can say that isn't positive is something for consideration in the future. The building itself is showing its age and would benefit from improved ventilation and natural light.

Sometimes the music is awful and crap rave musics, the age generally is over 35 so maybe choose musics to suit the audience.
A text would be better if you make a class that you’ve been in the wait list for.

Medlock is like a family I attend 2 aqua classes with Paul as the instructor and as well as being a good workout I never fail to leave without a smile on my face
