Good staff instructors asking for feedback on how to improve and take on board. Taken Mark off as the showers in the members changing room always seem to hot or to cold.

What do you like about our products and services?

Decent all round facilities and prices are reasonable. My 1st request would be to have a "Decline" bench brought into Medlock it has many uses and many people ask about it. I'm sure your budget can cover 1.
Other than that i fell most things are heavy enough and the right amount of equipment for busier times. Maybe the TV could have other things than just day time programmes and Jeremy Kyle before it was banned. Once upon a time Medlock used to run KIsstory through the tv in the weights area.

Love the classes with cherrie. The crèche is an amazing facility with great staff.

Would like to see more boxfit classes as unable to attend the current one.

The friendly, helpful, professional staff. Also the welcoming atmosphere. Lee on reception is always helpful with bookings and information. Andy the instructor is knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. He always encourages, explains things clearly and keeps a watchful eye on group members.

I like the ability to use the different gyms throughout Tameside

Depending on where I am

Could we develop links with other gyms - maybe out of area - oldham / manchester / clayton / gorton ? More choice ?

I am encouraging my step daughter to join itrain soon and so hopefully she will put me down as a referral

There always seems to be offers for new customers and incentives for joining

I know there is the recommendation bonus for existing customers

Could there be anything else for existing customers ? Maybe a loyalty scheme ?

This is a brilliant centre - really well qualified and friendly instructors, great classes and a fantastic community feel. The Active Team get it exactly right at Hyde.
