I find the back class very useful as it is improving my posture and helping me to cope with backache. I also like the friendly people who go along. The instructor is very pleasant too.

Great classes with first class instructors
It is really good that the line dance on a Thursday now covers two sessions this allows to get so much more from the class

I love the sauna, although it could be cleaned a bit more often as the smell is quite stuffy
