Gym and swimming and friendly staff
Thursday evening Zumba with Lisa is fantastic. There needs to be more Zumba or Dancersize classes in the evenings. Also you need to have women only gym slots in the evenings as the men and teenagers are always hogging everything in the gym at peak times. Ashton has a fantastic Sunday afternoon ladies only Gym strengthening class which Hyde should offer too. So please consider adding the above to your timetable and gym.

I only take part in the exercise classes which I really enjoy.
The instructors all know their stuff, are clear communicators & friendly making their classes fun.
The admin staff are also friendly, welcoming & helpful.
The building is getting old & sometimes the dance studio suffers from the occasional leak or the air con plays up but the staff do their best to sort out the problem as best as they can & as quickly as possible.

I would recommend going as it's a nice decent size without being too big or too small, anyone who goes is friendly as are the staff. The staff are always keeping it clean and see them round often with the hoover.
Only downside lately are some machines looking a bit tired and out of order but they are mended quickly so gym goers aren't impacted too much which is good.

I've only used the pool at Copley & those facilities are fine.
There is an issue with the hot drinks vending machine not working on several occasions.
It would be good if the cafe was open before midday - I never get to use it as the aqua classes I attend are in a morning.

Clean and spacious facilities
Good classes and instructors, only improvement would be a bin in the studio so you don't have to carry the wipes outside after wiping down equipment.
Friendly always clean
Fairly good range of classes (still missing a decent dance class on Tues and weds eves - but finding alternatives at other centres).
The only thing is the timing for the aircon on Mondays (it came on just as zumba finished) and the environmental impact of the water temperature in the ladies' showers. I know you've tried to lower that and to save energy/money.
Love the classes especially Pilates.

Nice and clean gym. Annoying when an instructor doesn't show for a class! We would get a strike if we didn't show! However, saying that the classes I do are good and I do enjoy going to them. Just need to keep your members informed if instructors are not going to show or are to change/class is to change.
What l dislike is that quite a lot of the machines do not work properly

Good aqua classes in the leisure pool. Temperature of the water is good, not too cold nor too warm.
Only ever seems to be 3 of 6 showers working at the entrance / exit to the pool.

Great facilities amd well looked after. Friendly and approachable staff - all in all, a relaxed and enjoyable experience. I regularly attend a Pilates class taken by Paula George and I would like you to pass on my thanks and appreciation for her enthusiasm, humour, patience and expert instruction. The whole class comes together and we leave as friends due to her. Thanks again - John
