All the staff are friendly and helpful, if there is any problems or inquiries they always try their best to sort it. There has been a good choice of sport programmes over summer.
The instructors or this site is not doing the registration for the classes so the members are getting strikes when clearly they are attending but the app shows different, very annoying

Great gym plenty of equipment. Also as a pensioner £20 a month 9 till 5 monday /Friday and after 1 sat/sun great value. Can also use all the facilities in the price.

Medlock is a very friendly facility and we all love it despite its little foibles like poor showers etc. The pool is beautiful and the staff are great

I attend the gym, sauna and swim and have found the staff to be friendly and supportive. I feel very comfortable using the facilities and feel I can approach the staff with any queries.
I started to go to many of the classes of the gym and I am loosing weight and feeling for confident with myself. All thanks to your incredible instructors that are always happy to help. I really love the energy of the gym!

The facilities are very clean and well laid out with friendly welcoming staff.
The only thing I'd change is the introduction of a wrist band or something to all premier members to save having to que on every visit for temporary bands to go for a swim or sauna ...... Other than that brill 👍
