YOu are dealing with the covid risk very well. plenty of hand gell and wipes, Social distancing is being maintained, so I feel very safe using the gym.
Safe and clean
I went for a swim for the first time on Wednesday. It was a little confusing getting around as I haven't been before, but every one was very helpful and friendly. The swim set up was really organised and I enjoyed my swim. Looking forward to the next one. Thank you!
It was quick and easy to use the app to book a pitch. Someone was outside to confirm we are here and were helpful in where we needed to go.

I’ve been really impressed with Copley when it comes to swimming. The organisation that has clearly gone in to the children’s swimming lesson & the family swim times is incredible. We feel extremely safe every time we visit. Thank you.
The ducklings session is good for child to still have lots of space to swim even with covid measures.
Booking needs sorting out. A friend was told a class was booked yet when I went on I got booked straight away. I understand it's tricky times but the poor app is just frustrating people.

Clean and safe. Nice atmosphere
Very impressed with the safety measures in place at Active Copley. I've been to the pool twice in recent weeks and feel that staff are doing everything possible to make customers feel safe. I particularly like the system of not having to share changing rooms.

I like the way you are managing social distancing in Copley Gym, how you provide the wipes and hand sanitiser in the gym. And the staff are always polite and helpful
