Love the group exercise classes
I don’t enjoy exercising but I have joined with a friend, we are both pensioners, which makes the coming to sessions more bearable and hopefully as I get more fitter I may just start enjoying it. Coming to Active Copley is very welcoming the staff are very friendly and very helpful I have joined for 6 months and hope to finish the course whereas before I have always given up.
Easy to use machines.always clean the app is easy to use and Friendly staff. I would highly recommend top give them a try

It's great to be back, but please get the heating on it's cold at 6-30am. Underfloor heating is normally on by now.

Before covid, I was a regular 'customer', and look forward to returning to 'normal' conditions.
However, very impressed with efforts made by Medlock to provide even a limited service under extremely difficult conditions.

I LOVE the aqua fit classes !! The only downside to them for me is there isn’t enough of them and booking onto these classes can be difficult due to class sizes. However Paul the instructor is AMAZING. And these classes have helped me both mentally and physically this past year and I’m eternally grateful for them !! Can’t wait to get back to them
