There are a lot of activities to enjoy and that it good for the money. It's easy to use the app and easy to get set up.

I love the pool. Too many disappearing. Is even better now there's only adults and lanes swims. I would love to be able to join again but not yet available. The gym is far too expensive at the moment
The cycling facility is great and the staff there are really helpful. My issue is with the app and booking system as myself and my family are all active members but I can’t log on and book us all onto a session. I’m not going to create an email address for a 4 and 9 year old to be able to register on the app and book them in this way.
Fabulous staff especially marie the receptionist who is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable
I felt safe going for a swim after nearly 5 months as the changing rooms were very clean & the the new systems made my swim relaxing. Only problem I had was trying to find the exit (there was no exit sign on the door) whilst following the arrows around the building.

The new app created on the back on COVID is fantastic. Easy to use and you can see how busy classes/gyms are. Very easy to book on or off classes and to go on waiting lists etc...
