There is something to suit everyone of all ages and also classes at various times of the day to suit children, people who are working or retired.
Fantastic facilities fantastic staff downside a lot of people gaining access to gym and Steam Room/sauna without paying and without purchasing a membership.(and blatantly boasting about how easy it is to gain access without paying while sitting in sauna).they need to be challenged.

The gym is very accessible to any ability and fitness level and is a kind environment to release stress. From my experience, the other people that go are respectful of quiet and solitude but also happy and polite if conversation does arise (:

There are classes 7 days a week with the use of the outside training rooftop. Access to the gym when it suits me and to book a general swim in a time slot that suits me.

Copley is a great site and one of Active Tameside larger sites.
It has a large car park that is free to use.
A large gym that caters for all your exercise needs.
There are 2 pools and a modern changing area.
A sports hall that you can use for badminton, basket ball, football and other sports.
There are 2 x squash courts, a dance studio and Spin studio.
Astra turf football pitch also on site.
A cafe, serving both hot and cold food and drinks.

The staff are very helpful, and there are lots of different amenities in the one building. Everything from soft play for young children, bowling, swimming and of course the gym. I also like that people can just sit in the reception area having a read, or a coffee.
I always notice that everywhere is very clean as well.

There’s something for everyone. It gives you the confidence in yourself to try new things and helps you let go of old health conditions which previously set the parameters on your activity level. The groups are fun and friendly and I would highly recommend them. I’ve come so far in the 4 weeks I have been attending and love it!
