The work was high quality and completed in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, policy does not permit me to elaborate much further, but Hydradyne did an excellent job from the estimate to job completion.

Hydradyne customer service is great! I was reluctant to complete this survey until I received my most recent order. In the past I've had great luck (and good prices) with Hydradyne on-line orders. However, my last order did not go well. I sent one e-mail to my original contact, then waited one month with no response. I wrote a second e-mail to the "Sales" group that seemed to vanish. Later that morning, I wrote to a general e-mail contact and received an immediate response from Kim Carlile. She was very apologetic and arranged for my parts to be sent immediately! All is forgiven! The original contact had left the company and my order just happened to be caught in the middle! I plan to place more orders in the future! Thank you Hydradyne for restoring my faith!!!
