I deal directly with Tony and Doralee Santos. The 2 of them are always on top of everything. They are quick, attentive and always willing to help. They are out of the Orlando office but our dealing often bounces between Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville but all are handled directly through Tony and Doralee.

Excellent customer service! It's always nice when Tony can stop by and see what we have and how to move forward with the item that we need repaired or replaced. So much better than sending photos and emails back and forth.

You had the part I needed, and responded very quickly to get it to me. I originally ordered it with some other items from another vendor, who replied back that they didn't have the part. I then ordered it from you, and got the part days before I got the parts from the other vendor.
