Once I figured out the correct part number it was easy to order. The only issue I had was getting the location correct as I needed to pick up in Houston. Somehow that didn’t work and you guys shipped me my hoses via ups and in 2 shipments.

I was having a hard time finding a part to repair my tractor. I called your store and spoke to a gentleman Mike Mock . He went beyond what most people would do. He found out which part it is and the part number. He contacted the manufacturer to see if the part was available then he ordered it for me, and it was sent to my house and I received it January 10 ahead of schedule.
My hats off to Mike Mock. Thank you very much a job. Well done!

Working on a tractor Hydralics project at home. Had an idea but needed experience knowledge. Called you and spoke with Sue Butterfield who listened and put me in touch with Shawn who offed excellent advice and gave me the part numbers for what I needed. Now if it ever warms up enough outside for me to try it. Will definitely work with them again. Hal Hoyle
