The follow-up was great. Crystal Kennedy sent a thank you email, which reinforced the order was received before the automated order confirmation. Very few other companies do that. Tracking information was provided promptly One item purchased was available from few places and you had the best price.

We receive excellent customer service.
We can be a bit demanding and require updates and expediting on orders several times a month, which is handled by Andrew with grace.
We receive shipping reports on all outgoing orders which is very helpful as well.
When we need expert experience, Ron is our go to guy!

Great team with great communication with the customer.
