The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Robert Gallitz was extremely helpful and responded to everything instantly. He provided answers to everything needed for our large order and kept all of the details organized and followed up to make sure we had all that we needed. It was refreshing to experience exceptional customer service and a pleasure doing business.

The Hydradyne team (Juan, Rick & Juan S.) represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced the responses to queries were turned around very fast.

It was great working with Mike Leight and Mike Villanueva. We had a lot of indecisiveness, plan changes, and last minute urgent requests and there was a lot of over the top effort to help Siemens support an FPL outage.

Good selection of parts and always seem to be on hand. Responsive when I call. No problem shipping overseas when I worked at a previous company. The only ongoing issue I've experienced over the years is tracking updates on my order page that don't populate especially when it's partials. Not a biggie as I always get a quick answer when I call, but upgrading this functionality on your ecomm platform would save time for you and customer.
