We've always had great customer service from that branch. I know it's been a struggle for the past couple of years with staffing there, but that's been the case everywhere. Good people and the turnaround on orders is well within reason.

Where to begin. Main reason I gave the best rating score is customer service. Steely is the definition of customer service. He was full of knowledge and patience. Knowledge of what I needed. And patience for all my questions. He even taught my hydraulics along the way. Would send info about what things meant. Even made suggestions instead of blindly ordering what I asked for. Steely got us parts very fast and made my Operations Chief happy in the process. Thanks Steely!
