Lived in a Difficult spot on the second floor and at first wasn’t able to reach with the hose but then he somehow made it work and got us cleaned that we had to turn out keys in! Great service

However, not sure why we were quoted one price on the phone but required to pay more based on explanation of technician. We explained in our phone call it was a large sectional, but apparently we were quoted a price for a standard couch. We were quoted $225 and had to pay $350 because he charged us by the number of pieces of our sectional.

the product and the service are great. The carpets, tile floors and area rugs look and feel fantastic. I have used Zerorez before and they were great too. My carpets are 22 years old and look almost new. My wool area rug looks and feels brand new. The service person was so helpful. The only request is they clean the carpets first instead of the tile. It took a little longer for the carpet to dry.

The guys came on time, were' very polite and diid a great job. Highly recommend!
