I like that there is no smell of cleaning or air freshener during and after cleaning. It dries faster than other carpet cleaner companies' methods. Staff is very friendly, listen to instructions and always ask if I am happy with the results. My carpet if extremely old (1989) and almost white, and looks great when they have cleaned it which I do every 6 mos.
Carpets are so clean and they stay clean for much longer than any other service.
I was very happy with the technician and the service he provided. He was on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He was able to get out stains that I thought had become permanent fixtures in the carpet. He worked very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely contact Zerorez the next time I need to have my carpets cleaned. I also liked the fact that there was no smell to the products you used.

Did a great job of cleaning my very dirty, light-colored, 20-year old carpet. Technician explained service and suggested an add-on but was not pushy about it. Reliable about scheduling, keeping posted, and showing up on time.
Most stains were removed from 10-year old carpet; the carpet was left damp, not dripping wet, and it smelled very fresh. The biggest pleasant surprise was the grout cleaning - 26-year-old grout looked as white as the day the house was built. This service was worth every penny, and will go a long way to the "clean" first impression that potential homebuyers will get. Donald was very serious about his work and very eager to do an outstanding job.
