Yes, the grout & carpet came SOOOOOO clean. Because of the special water and whatever other cleaners and/or methods are used. The machine used to do the grout was amazing! A WAY better result than the company we used a handful of years ago. yaay!
BUT we have to say... Colby was remarkable. You could TELL he enjoys his job and strives to do the very best. It was obvious he was not 'just there for the paycheck'. He would be a great trainer for others coming on with the ZR team. I wish *I* had 10 employees like him. Not only would we recommend Zero Rez, but we would recommend Colby personally as well. We have already referred our friend to Zero Rez right away. Thank you Colby - Thank you Zero Rez!

Mike was very thorough, explained the entire process and was patient while we asked questions.

Stefan was more than great. We had pet stains big time. He worked extremely hard to remove them.

Previously, trying to save money, we rented a grocery store carpet cleaner. This was months and months ago. He showed us the soap that was in the carpet and pad from that. We will never do that again.

He had to call another person within the company to bring him a de-foamer to be able to get the soap up.

Stefan also saw that we had an Oxi cleaner that we had used. He educated us that these products contain bleach and can ruin the carpet. He went further and gave us names of products that were much safer to use.
