I was cleaning in prep for interior house painting. When I removed the first large duct cover, I was horrified with the extreme collection of dirt/lint. No wonder my allergies were so bad! I called ZeroRez and scheduled a service right away. Michael, the technician, clearly explained the duct cleaning process. I added cleaning my dryer vent/duct which was jammed in a corner. 6 ducts in our 1700 sq ft home were cleaned in about an hour.

Zerorez did an outstanding job! The tech did a great job explaining how everything works. He showed us the effectiveness of the cleaning by demonstrating the use of the black light and filter on the hose. He was very helpful by suggesting the current specials that could save us money. He was very friendly and thorough. The carpets look and smell great. I like the idea that essential oils are used rather than harmful chemicals that can stay in the carpet fibers. We will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you!

I have two technicians that I have been impressed with Stephan and the last one that cleaned my carpet. The time before my carpet was wet till the next evening. The carpet was left wet and there was no attention to detail.
