Your techs were pleasant and took care of the job quickly. The carpets look wonderful--they removed all the spots--but there's a lingering odor that needs to be addressed.

The cleaning was of my couch, chair and ottoman was very easy to have done. It was easy and quick to schedule online.
Mike answered all my questions patiently, and gave me other important information about drying time, etc.
I did opt for the extra stain treatment application, but I never felt pressured to purchase it.
I love the way my furniture feels. I, also, appreciate the safety of the process for pets.

Good service but the tech told me the price then changed it of course it wasn’t the price quote when I called in, if you’re service is good you don’t have to be dishonest
