We feel our carpet was in GREAT hands. (We did misunderstand the deal, though. We didn't realize it was going to be so much!! But we are happy with the work) We didn't get our gift card to Mighty Fine, either. We WILL be using y'all again!!

Josh did an excellent job very polite, thorough and any questions we had were answered promptly and fully. He was here when expected and the job was done way over our expectations.
The rugs do look new and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. I believe the highest compliment would be to say we would use your Company again - and we definitely
would. We are also going to share your Company's name and phone number with Family and Friends.

The gentlemen that were out were fabulous! I could tell that they wanted to give great customer service and easily succeeded at doing so. I loved the way the carpets looked and felt it was worth every penny! I would and often do highly recommend them to my friends and clients!

I was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning. I can honestly state I have never had our carpets cleaned as well and can whole heartedly recommend your services. The job was done on time, quality work and my carpets look brand new!!

It has only been a few days since my carpets have been cleaned but the dark spots do not appear to be coming back like they did with other professional cleaners.

My carpet looks almost new. I would recommend that when you set up an appointment that you notify the client that a confirmation will be necessary or you will not come out. That way, they will know to call you if they don't hear from you. Thanks for a great job and making it right.
