Services were very professional, timely and friendly. I appreciated the follow-up after the job was completed to oversee that the items we had cleaned, were done well. I have no doubt that had Joshua seen any spots overlooked, he would have taken it right back to do over. THAT'S EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
I also liked the fact that there was no chemical after-smell. Because we are continually seeing clients and using the furniture we had them clean, it was important not to have a chemical smell to the chairs since we would be using them the next day.

I hired Zerorez because I have a baby and a toddler who are constantly playing on the floor and I wanted deep cleaning without compromising their safety from harsh detergents. The Zerorez rep who came out to clean our house was AMAZING. He was courteous and took an extra hour to try different stain removers on stubborn spots from the previous owners. Our carpets look fantastic, and I know he did the best possible job for us.

Our rug cleaned up beautifully and dried well with no scent or residual odor. It's just clean.

I made an appointment request online and Joshua quickly got in touch with me to arrange a time to come take a look at the carpets that we needed cleaned. I work M-F 8-5, so I appreciated that Joshua was willing to schedule this meeting in the evening or over the weekend...basically whenever was convenient for me. He clearly explained Zerorez services and costs. Don did a great job cleaning our carpets and I was really impressed with the tile cleaning he did in our master bath. I expect that I will soon be getting the rest of my tile cleaned! Joshua and Don were extremely professional and friendly and our carpets and tile look great!
