My carpet looked like it was destroyed. I have three dogs and a cat. The house smelled terrible. Not even air fresheners worked. When we got Zerorez to come by to assist the damage to the carpet. I so impressed that not only the service technician change his shoes from his outdoor shoes to his indoor shoes and my carpet had not been cleaned yet. He was very professional and made me feel confident they could do the job right. Because he was very knowledgeable. When they were done I could not believe it was the same carpet! In fact I paid extra for pet treatment with a fresh smell. The front of the house is like new! Now to get started on the bedrooms, I the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you Zerorez!! The only thing I didn't like was not getting a copy of my receipt and the names of the technicians so I can give kudos to who deserves it.

The carpets were so clean and did not feel wet. There were some rust stains that we could not get out with our steam cleaning machine but Zero Rez got them. Only complaint I had was that they were so booked I couldn’t get them out to do the upstairs in time for our move out.
