Our carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 7 years and was incredibly dirty with many stains. Now they look close to new! I was very impressed with the removal of all the stains.

also, the grout on our tile is light colored and it looked almost black in some places. In areas that were concentrated on, the grout came completely clean. But I did notice parts of the area weren't focused on so seems a couple of spots were missed. However, overall our tile looks so much better!

Staff on phone and in my home (Stephan) were courteous and efficient. Stephan explained cleaning process and did a short demo on my carpet to show results. My older, light-colored carpet came out looking great -- all stains removed and a nice fluffy texture that felt so clean. Their prices were competitive with other companies. Will definitely use again.
