I had heard about Zerorez for years on the radio and finally decided my old carpet needed some TLC. The technician was great and friendly, and he explained everything. The carpet looked brand new when he was done and still looks that way two weeks later. The tile cleaning was even more impressive and my house feels so clean! Absolutely will use Zerorez again.
The rugs got cleaned very well very fast. Person moved the chairs to clean under them and the entry way of bed rooms not washed. Person took the extra steps to make sure rugs were cleaned well. Went over dirty spots twice or three times to get the stains out. All with out saying that it would cost an extra $50 per spot like other rug people. Got great service for a very good price for cleaning 3 rooms.
