I travel across the country for work and have had the pleasure of visiting many different CPY studios. By far and above PT Loma has the best teachers. More specifically Kate T and Tabu, they are unlike anyone else I have experienced. High energy, face paced and very encouraging. They are the bar that I rate sculpt and C2 classes to, none have come close.

I love Rene's Saturday class! It is great yoga with the perfect mix of encouraging words. Always an inspiration!

Everyone is very friendly! The studio and restrooms are always very clean!

Kind, thoughtful, knowledgable teachers who are cueing beasts and atmospheric wizards. Clean (!!!) and neat environment is fantastic, and a super hot/humid room to unwind in is much appreciated.

Variety of classes and times. Great teachers and challenging classes - you're guaranteed to get a good workout. But also soulful and mentally stimulating. It's been an important part of my life for several years now!

I love every core power studio Ive ever gone too.. each teacher/manager has taken the time to get to know me as a person and to help me find a place of stillness and observation whike undergoing the mist positive and radical changes physically and mentally. Such support, such knowledge, and such halpy energy here.
