Kind, thoughtful, knowledgable teachers who are cueing beasts and atmospheric wizards. Clean (!!!) and neat environment is fantastic, and a super hot/humid room to unwind in is much appreciated.

Variety of classes and times. Great teachers and challenging classes - you're guaranteed to get a good workout. But also soulful and mentally stimulating. It's been an important part of my life for several years now!

I love every core power studio Ive ever gone too.. each teacher/manager has taken the time to get to know me as a person and to help me find a place of stillness and observation whike undergoing the mist positive and radical changes physically and mentally. Such support, such knowledge, and such halpy energy here.

Tabu's sculpt classes and CoreRestore classes. I would like more CoreRestore classes.I would also like more sculpt classes taught by Tabu.

I love the atmosphere and how welcoming the staff was. I think it was great I was offered a free towel and mat my first time. Can't wait to return!
