Three year emergency assistance

First, the variety of brand names and models available to view in person.

The ability to identify contenders and then have them aligned together to go over each to narrow down to one made a huge difference for us. After looking at 10-12 trailers, it’s difficult to recall which ones had which features.

Finally, the non pressure from the sales staff on making the decision to purchase. They pointed out the features of the trailers and let us as the customer make the decision which best fit our needs and budget.

The detail walk through and demonstration on every feature of the unit purchased is remarkable. Then follow it up with a binder of all the equipment products within the trailer, and a video on all the features is provided to review if and when needed.

The service dept was outstanding ! Helped us fix our hot water tank while camping and sent out a new part by mail ( received the next day )

We purchased a 2020 transcend late last year. June 26 we arrived at our camper to find our air conditioner not working. We called the after hours service line and within 45 minutes a service man arrived. After checking the A/C he told us we needed a replacement. The service tech was unbelievably polite and helpful. He drove back to Virden picked up a new A/C unit and within a half an hour had the new one up and working. I would like to know the service techs name if someone would call me back.
