Love love love our new “tiny home”
We are “newbies” and have never owned an RV before so we were a bit apprehensive about owning a unit.
Now that we’ve hauled it a few different locations, it seems like we are old pros at setting up! Once we got the kinks out of the way it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
So happy with our product and the great customer service that we’ve been provided.

Purchase 2017 camper have had it only 4 days so can’t comment on it too much other than are quite happy with the aesthetics. We put a down payment on this camper without actually seeing it. The service both from our sales person Kevin , and the person who explained the working of the unit, to the guys that installed a back up camera, and hooked up hitch is 10/10 . We choose to purchase from 4!

Dealer backup/support is very important to us. We’ve only had minor issues and they have been resolved within acceptable timelines. We value the road service four seasons offers as well as there are times it’s inconvenient to take our trailer to the service center

our imagine trailer is well built and pulls very easily.our only problems have been minor cosmetic issues. the service has been very good and they always come to us.
I have been a customer for about 4 years now. When I Started looking at our first trailer it was like all the sales people wanted to sell me something over my budget. At Four Season they asked what I wanted and needed in a trailer. Then asked me my budget. They didn’t show me any that did not suit my budget. We ended up buying sight unseen. When I got there the salesman took me out to the yard to show me our new trailer. I was willing to take it as long as it was a 7 out of 10. For our wants and needs. It was way over a 10. I could not believe this was our trailer.
The salesman showed me everything. Not that I could remember it all. It was overwhelming. He said not to worry they would be glad to help us when needed. ( I thought yeah right ). To my surprise every time I called I got friendly help. Most of the time it was a stupid thing that I just didn’t know.
They have the greatest service team hands down. When I couldn’t figure out how to Disconnect my trailer they came to where I was and showed me. The plate needed to be changed because I had a sidewinder on my truck. The neighbours at the campground thought that was amazing that they would come out on a weekend.
So I would with out any hesitation HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOUR SEASON.
We recently had service done on our 5th wheel, we were fit into service quickly and job completed. We also dealt with Trinity in the parts department. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We thank you !!!!
We Love our new to us camper! We had excellent and efficient service, which was excellent as we live 7 hours away! Very friendly staff! We had a nice young man from the parts department walk through with us and didn’t up-sell items but was truly honest about what we needed! We ended up purchasing quite a few add ons through him and are very pleased with prices and how quickly it was installed! Thank you for our new home on wheels!!!

They have the best service in the business, no one even comes close in my opinion. Just traded in and bought a new to me fifth wheel and they made the transition fast and effortless!

The service is great and over all your products are top of the line. When ever we had a problem the staff made sure it was resolved. If we were to up grade our unit we would certainly look at your products first.
The only concern I have had is when my control panel stopped working and was replaced. I researched the old panel and found the majority of them had to be replaced. I felt that your company has more leverage to deal with the supplier than the customer, i honestly feel due to the problems they had with their product, some sort of rebate would be forthcoming,

You offer good products at competitive prices. One should expect that. What I really like is your excellent service. We bought a new trailer last year and have had a couple of issues with it. Your road service was very responsive and did the necessary repairs with no issue. Your broad availability is impressive.

The solar panel negative had not been hooked up tp to the new battery. The service department walked me through the trouble shooting exercise over the phone until we found the culprit and got the solar panel working. I am impressed.
