We purchased a used 5th wheel., as well as the freedom road warranty package. There were a couple of issues. We call four season and had the problem resolved to our satisfaction. Repair was done in a proffessional and timely manner.

Speed of response of the service department at Four Seasons at Virden when a problem arises with our Cougar 5th wheel. Techs are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you.

Your sales team was very good and had lots of information and prices were very competitive! We bought a new Grand Design and have had only one issue in three yrs of ownership! But the best part was the great service we got when we had our camper school for our new camper !!Thanks keep up the good work !

What do you like about our products and services?

We liked how the whole process went from looking at a camper to picking it up .......the process is very smooth and refined. We met our salesman at the beginning and ended with him, which is very much appreciated as a customer....other dealers do not have this process refined like Four Seasons and once the salesman makes the sale you never see him/her again. We love our new camper, and know that if we have questions Four Seasons will answer them and stand behind our purchase. When we arrived we told the salesperson what we were looking for, and we were directed right to that camper....the deal was made. Awesome experience from start to end.

The solar panel negative had not been hooked up tp to the new battery. The service department walked me through the trouble shooting exercise over the phone until we found the culprit and got the solar panel working. I am impressed.

What do you like about our products and services?

Love love love our new “tiny home”
We are “newbies” and have never owned an RV before so we were a bit apprehensive about owning a unit.
Now that we’ve hauled it a few different locations, it seems like we are old pros at setting up! Once we got the kinks out of the way it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
So happy with our product and the great customer service that we’ve been provided.
