We were very impressed with the customer service. Even with the mix up about our appointment. We phoned and were told to come Thursday am. When we arrived there was no record of us phoning, however we were taken care of immediately and were on our way in an hour. Wonderful staff and very efficient.

The service!! We paid for it and we get it. We had a critical issue come up just last week. Unfortunately, so did many others. They managed to fit us in the following day, but only addressing the critical issue. We were so grateful. The other stuff could wait until they got all the storm issues under control.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
We were pondering to buy a camper on a Friday but could only go on a Sunday just to browse. Jesse from Four Seasons said that was not problem met us on the Sunday, spent 2 hours with us showed us many campers and was never in a rush. Gave us his cell number incase we got home and had questions. Once we decided on one Gerald spent 3 hours with us going through and explaining how everything worked and what we would need to get started.
The staff are all very patient and friendly. Great Service, Thank You Four Seasons!

I really like the service and after sales service from the Virden location. I am located in Regina and have found the new Regina office and service to be terrible and not much has changed since it was travel land.
I had a service call while on site on Tuesday July 7 at Clear Lake MB but have not heard an update on what became of the service questions and issues.
I will call to follow up.
