Gary in Virden was very helpful in identifying a unit for us after the first one we asked about wasn’t quite what we wanted. He talked us through several models and directed us thru your website while we were on the phone. Taking delivery of our new camper in spring so I can’t say much about that yet.

I really like your service techs that are on the road they know their job and are good at it. We are a little disappointed in this trailer we have had more troubles then any other. I do know this is not your fault. We have a few more issues which once I point them out you will sure to get them looked after. You are a good dealership and I would highly recommend you.

I really like the fact that you will come to me to fix my trailer problems. I don't have to take it back to Virden. I have to say that the service I got at your new Headingley location was terrible. They were not interested in helping me. The person that I first spoke to could not get away from me fast enough. It took a service person who was on the phone to say I will help you when I'm done. I will probably never go back to that location again.

On site service is just so convenient.

Norm was an excellent salesman that made purchasing our Jayco Eagle. The entire Service Department has done an excellent job with all the techs doing a fantastic job repairing and replacing different electrical items due to an lighting strike that necessitated multiple trips. Great job to the entire group.
