Good customer service, good after sales service and just nice people to deal with.
Sales were very responsive and quick to.find a unit we were looking for. The pick up process was very good with friendly staff all around.
Be careful of the orientation. As I was recommended parts such as septic hoses etc... i was grateful at the time for the recommendations. Septic hosr cost 125 at dealership, only to find it at other retailers for 50.
When the guys were hooking up the trailer they used an impact gun to change the height of my hitch. Great service but the bolts were stripped which caused be alot if headache later when changing the towing setup.
So don't get caught buying accessories, do your homework on pricing and don't let the techs adjust your equipment.

Everyone was very easy to deal with. From the time we sent an inquiry email, to the time we picked up our trailer we felt like every person we came in contact with appreciated our business.
The products are top of the line in all RV models. The service is outstanding. Service department always courteous and helpful. Road service technicians are top of line when doing repairs, I am so so pleased that I have chosen Four Seasons as my RV dealer!

Salesman (Robert) found us exactly what we were looking for, after we gave him our “wish list”. He was very professional and made our experience seamless. We were able to complete most of our business transactions over the phone with the four seasons staff, and our final “walk-through” and document completion on site was fast and efficient. All staff interactions were pleasant and courteous and you definitely leave with a good business experience after dealing with what is a “well oiled machine”.

The pre sale service was good, the trailer walk through was informative, the delivery of the unit was very good and the driver was very helpful. Our only concern was after the sale we did’t get a couple of items looked after that were promised by the salesman. Over all we were pleased with the experience.
I like that you have tech workers that come to repair any issues and are very prompt with calls and emailing road service. Providing that service to the Northern people is awesome and I tell people here that is the way to go.

Multiple options, road service availability
We really didnt put 4 Seasons to the test - we had called with a model in mind and made a deal over the phone and via text. Darrell helped us out, and we were disappointed that the day we came for pickup, he wasnt there. The support staff were helpful and it was a quick turnaround and down the highway with out new Trancscend 260RB - as with all RV's there can be some problems, but the service department have been looking after us.
