The sales department was good. But the service department was amazing. Took care of the furnace issue I had and didn’t charge me a dime. They looked after me with in 1 day. When I phoned Chris Milne answered all my questioned and was able to squeeze me in for my walk through with out an appointment (which was my fault). I’d highly recommend the Four seasons team to anyone.

What do you like about our products and services?

Love our Jayco Park Model. Went to open up and turn water on couple of weeks ago, low and behold the bathroom plumbing was broken due to someone"not us" forgot to winterize it. Called Four Seasons at 16:00 and by 19:30 they had a technition from Virden at our Oasis site in Birds Hill. Within 2 hours all repairs were done.

We purchased a brand new camper from Four Seasons a few weeks ago, great service! Definitely would recommend any one to four seasons! We went through Steve he was great!

We'd been looking at RVs for a number of years. While we were "shopping" for an RV we were also looking for a dealer who could help us explore products AND support us after a purchase.

We felt that Four Seasons had the product we were looking for and for a great price point but also that they had the capacity to assist us should we need product support in the future.

Sales were good.
Little disappointed in service right now though. Still waiting for a slip disk for my hitch which was to be installed when I purchased the camper and was not installed. Also waiting on some other replacement parts...

Friendly staff exceptional service from our salesperson Norm majority of our dealings with Four Seasons was over the phone texting and emails we did take a 3 hour drive to see what we where buying with no pressure and we were not disappointed. There prices are worth the drive and trade in value without them seeIng our unit except via pictures was unbelievable fair value dollar they picked up old used unit and we are pending delivery of our new used park model. So far we have absolutely nothing to be disappointed with.

Service seems good so far. I think the salesman should be involved on the day of pick up. The tour guide for the trailer needs to learn the product better.
