Aside from it being Bikram, which in it self is enough to have me share my likes with friends and associates, I suppose the personal touch feeling that Farmington Hills Bikram provides is another strong reason for me. It had been several years since I was a Bikram regular, due to a rather serious illness, the rather horrible treatment that followed, and to be honest, life just got in the way.
All that being said, in many ways it was as if I had never stopped practicing. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and feel like it had just been a few weeks since my last class. Everything remained constant, people remembered me, and the only thing that seemed different was my out of practice body. I'll admit that I was a little anxious, maybe even nervous, but it was the same as walking into a class 2-3 years ago. There is something very comforting about all that and while I left the class pretty much spent, I also left feeling energized and excited about my new start.
I really can't come up with a criticism or suggested change. Pretty much provides what I go there for and does so with a friendly and professional style. I hope this helps, although I don't have any helpful suggestions as to changes.
I'm just grateful that you're there and frankly, kinda happy that there is nothing for me to critique.

Friendly staff, clean, and I REALLY like that your online schedule also indicates the instructor.
There are some teachers who are just exceptional, but there are also instructors I will not take a class with. Not that they do anything wrong, but their energy level and approach to the class is consistently disappointing.
Midtown is actually a closer studio to my home, but because they don't list the instructors, I won't go there anymore. So thank you for listing the teachers!
The instructors are friendly, patient, and professional. Also, the studio is well-maintained and clean. My only suggestion would be to dim the lights since this usually helps with overall concentration. I'm glad I tried Bikram Yoga.

Everything. I recommend bikram yoga to everyone! it has changed my life. The only comment that I have is regarding the 6 am class. Sometimes, the class goes over the 7:30 end time. Even five minutes can make a difference in the morning when rushing to make it to work. It would be helpful if the class always ended on time.
Gavin was great! His class felt like yoga, meditation and reflection all in one.
The instructors. Frances provides great feedback and assistance during and after class. Also: 1. I like being able to park directly in front of the studio. 2. I like the type of flooring in the studio.
