I love the great atmosphere at Detroit Bikram. Everyone from the instructors, to the front desk staff, to the fellow students taking the class. It's a great energy and experience throughout. Also, I love the new organic soap in the changing rooms.

Its a great workout. I appreciate that the format of a couple of decades ago has changed, not so much pushing of students beyond their capacity. I did one class so far, with Lauren. I know she's just out of school and will improve as she continues and has more group experience, so I don't hold her to the same standard, but greeting new students and asking them if they have any questions, etc, before class would be good.
It was my first time doing Bikram Yoga. From the minute I walked in I felt very welcomed. During the class, the teacher encouraged me, as well as the other students, making us all feel positive about our class.
I like the fact there's a lot of different classes to choose from and instructors.

Friendly atmosphere! Great instructors- break down each move so you can get the benefits of each posture as a beginner or advanced student. The new instructor who has recently been added on is doing a very impressive job (angel wings on her back- can't think of her name). And much thanks to Frances for a class well taught to a beginner who I brought in.
