I enjoy the Bikram yoga experience very much. I find peace and tranquility for a couple hours , 2which I need with my busy workload. The staff you have working at the Troy location do a nice job and are very friendly. I am surprised I do not get rewarded with free classes considering I pay drop in prices almost every class.
