IT'S LIFE TO ME! I thought I would have to cut back in jan because of my bronchitis I developed but I kept pushing everyday. My lungs are still in recovery. I never get sick like this. In December I got out a lot doing out so I feel with the weather change I got sick but when I was in the room doing yoga my lungs were getting healed. I felt better in the room then outside and at home. Next month i Will be traveling for a get away by those that care about me, i found a studio there in Arizona /mesa where I can go everyday like I do here at home. My family feel the warm dry air with help my body and plus I love Arizona it's my peace place just like my yoga is my peace place here in Detroit. I was going to move to Arizona in 2008 after going there but I choose to come back and take care Of my grandma until she died in july 2015. My family says after caring for my grandma all those years my grandma would want me to enjoy life now. Love you'll guys my yoga family.
