I love when I can come back to practice after a few months off and be able to come back at my own pace. I also love the instructors and the calmness they bring to practice.
I like the guided instruction and the teachers that add tidbits to their verbal guidance to help the students visualize the correct alignment of the postures.

I currently live in San Diego and am in Troy on business for the next few weeks. I did give bikram yoga a few tries in SD but found it to be very unpleasant due to the attitude of the instructors there. As a beginner I really appreciate the understanding and compassion of the teachers at your studio and think it heavily attributes to the overall experience. I had a wonderful time and will do my best to get in my 10 visits before I head back :)
