As a new member never having experienced hot yoga before, I was very comfortable in the class. The teacher was fabulous and helped with poses and told us to sit if we needed to. I will definitely return.
cleanliness and timeliness
I travel a lot and and try to practice when I can on the road. Your studio is not only a top-notch facility (well-designed, clean and comfortable yoga room,multiple showers, etc.) but your teachers are the real-deal! One of my top criteria for teaching is: how would this class go for me if this was my first class? Would I be receiving a good foundation from day one? I think your studio offers professionalism and consistency for which I'm very appreciative!
On my wish list would be a "subscription" of live stream of selected classes each week. The closest studio to my home only offers a few evening classes, the latest of which begins at 6:30. If I could tap into a studio like yours I could practice on a much more regular basis. What say you?

Bikram Yoga Troy offers an excellent practice for clearing "what ails ya." The owners offer excellent leadership to our community with their down to earth, do the work modeling. I love to go there and get inspired!
