The yearly inspection went well. The maintenance staff was really nice and eager to assist. It didn’t take long and my husband enjoyed talking to all the people in various offices while waiting; especially Jeff Pegler VP of Operations, Brandon Mulina and Mr. Don Bordelon. Special thanks to Jeff Pegler who has always been there for us.
Even though it took us a couple times to finally decide on which camper would best fit our needs, the staff worked right along with us through every part of the process. From getting it shipped from another location, to the walk through, and even buying supplies. Making it very smooth from start to finish.
They were able to get a part from Jayco within a few days.

It was a good buying experience. I was not pressured, my salesman Nick Smith took time to listen to what I was looking for. He showed me many types of options to help narrow down both of our understanding of my needs. He even went and got a tape measure so we could measure some of the things I needed / wanted. I left that day after narrowing my choice down, so I thought. I called him back the next day and after thinking the whole thing through, pretty much made a decision 180 degrees from where I started. They had what I wanted in stock, I looked it over and we wrote up a deal. I talked to finance on the phone the next day and returned the following week for several hours of training on that model and complete the finance and sale. I then picked up the RV several days later after completing some modifications to my driveway to accommodate its grandeur. I have camped in it at my home a few days and found a few items that need attention. They asked I bring it back as soon as possible in order to make all of those things work to my satisfaction. I truly believe they understand the value of making sure their customer experience is top notch and those same customers want to return for another RV in the future. Thank you.

Lionel explained my specific questions about my Imagine and the result of the inspection. Its service like I received today and your professional staff that confirms the value of the yearly warranty for life visit.
