I recently bought a new type A-RV and dealt with sales rep John Warren.
John fulfilled the expectations he and I had arranged over the phone before my visit and made the purchase as seamless as possible. I like this as I do not like to waste a lot of time being sold. I found the Price at Great American RV to be very competitive compared to other dealerships in the Midwest.
I would encourage everyone to do their homework on their own and not rely on others to prepare them for this purchase.

Great sales person! Janet showed us and allowed us the time to discuss what we wanted in a RV. And Jim was very accommodating to go over things we didn’t know about our first time RV owners. Was very quick on the paper work. Have taken all day on a new vehicle that will wear you out!

The service I get from Greg, Scooter, Issac, Tim, sherry and Kim at the hattiesburg store is outstanding. Technician Rick does a great job and they always try to be the best they can be.
I'm not so fond of the product, though.
If I could return the camper I bought and get my $ back I would but it's too late and I'm stuck with it. I know the crew will do their best when it comes to servicing it but I'm not impressed with the design or workmanship.
I've been camping nearly 60 years and I've had about 34 rigs so I have a pretty good idea of what's great and not so great.
I'm picky, I know but at the prices prevalent today I think it's okay to be picky.

The service staff is exceptional. Everyone is jovial, helpful, very professional… and as a matter of fact, it goes for everyone there ,,,from sales manager, sales people all the way down ,,everyone always got something good to say.
