I could not have asked for a better experience. Between Heather going the extra distance on everything, Levi putting up with my requests for a year until I found the perfect Class B, and Jim for doing the financing and having everything ready for me, it was an amazing experience. The people are awesome!!!! Not only are they knowledgeable about their products but they care about the customer as well. When they realized I am on a fixed income they made sure that my purchase did not run my finances dry at the end of every month and I would still have enough for food and whatever else I may may need. Dennis Johnson spearheaded my sale and worked hard to make sure everything went in my favor.
Not only do I recommend the Calera Alabama store, but I also will be going back to them if I ever make another purchase.

We were extremely pleased with the entire process of selecting, ordering and taking delivery of our new Jayco Eagle HT trailer. Every individual we worked with at Great American RV Superstore in Tanner, AL were very professional and helpful. We never felt we were being pressured and all of our questions were answered expediently. Shannon was our sales person. She was excellent and kept us updated on the progress of our trailer. Richard guided us through the paperwork side and both made the entire process very easy. Anthony led us through the RV delivery process and promptly took care of the very minor items we wanted fixed. We would highly recommend GARV to anyone looking for a new or used RV.

I recently bought a new type A-RV and dealt with sales rep John Warren.
John fulfilled the expectations he and I had arranged over the phone before my visit and made the purchase as seamless as possible. I like this as I do not like to waste a lot of time being sold. I found the Price at Great American RV to be very competitive compared to other dealerships in the Midwest.
I would encourage everyone to do their homework on their own and not rely on others to prepare them for this purchase.
I would strongly encourage anyone to give American RV a look before purchasing and to ask for John at the Hattiesburg MS location.
