I have bought parts for my Thor Motor Home through Shawn and he has been very helpful in getting the parts ordered and verifying they where the correct part. He recently ordered a part for me and it was the wrong part. He called me and told me not to make the trip out to pick it up. He asked for pictures to confirm the correct part with Thor. I sent him the pictures of the part he requested and I know he will get the correct part for me. I have enjoyed working with Shawn as I know that he has the customers best interest at heart.

Everyone at Coltons always treat us like we are VIPs. They treat us with respect and are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their product selection is huge. We would never go anywhere else. When we bring our 5th wheel on for service it is always done in a timely manner and the job is done as we would expect it to be done. Their service, from management, finance, sales, parts and service has been excellent from the first day we ever walked in the place. They are definitely a 5 star dealership. Steve, Binoy, Jason, John, Mason, Billy Jo you guys are the best, and everyone else too.

Jon Kroll & his crew did an amazing job with our fire safety house repairs! Jon is a huge asset for Colton RV. He possesses great customer service and stays on top of the repairs to ensure they are done correctly. I can't wait to work with him again!
Jon Krol in service is outstanding! We have had bad luck and headaches dealing with our local dealer where we purchased from in the past. We sold our previous RV just to not have to deal with their service department anymore. We researched and liked what we read about Colton. Our purchase experience was great (did a previous review about that). We had to have some warranty work done on the unit and have been absolutely impressed! The ease of dealing with everyone in service has been breath of fresh air compared to our previous experience. Jon especially has been great. He is always accessible, great with his communication and updates, and most importantly...honest!!! The service department went over and above with our unit. Not only did they fix the warranty issues we went in with, they found an issue we didn’t even realize we had and called us right away and had it fixed under warranty fast! One aspect of our experience I was totally blown away with was when we went to pick up the unit, Jon sat down and showed us the pictures of the repair process they took, showed us the communication with the manufacturer, as well as the work orders and notes...the transparency was amazing. This is night and day from our previous dealer service experience. Jon personally went over and above and spent all the time we needed with him. I can’t recommend Colton enough for not only sales, but also service. Our research and choosing Colton really paid off. They are well worth the drive from Erie, PA to North Tonowanda.

Had on hand the replacement 110 RV duplex outlet I needed. Price was very fair too! Parts rep. at the OP store was friendly, displayed very pleasant, non-aggressive service. I decided two purchase two as you never know what's going to happen down the road. Like, with your engine belts, you always want to have one of each on hand when their times up!
Colton came through when the huge gouger, bad Sam's world of camping as usual failed to deliver.

We had a great experience at Colton RV. We stayed in our new rig on Monday night. They let us watch as they got it all connected and answered questions about what they were doing. Larry and his staff are excellent at there jobs. When we were ready to leave the next day,they took care of some concerns we had,did the repairs,clean it without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff!! Even our doggies were treated well.

I just purchased a new unit and discovered a problem . The service department got back to me and are fixing the issue . I hope to be able to use the camper without a lot of consistent issues. The service department is doing very good 👍 so far.
