We just recently purchased a new 5th wheel RV in November from Colton Tonawanda NY.
The staff and sales reps were all courteous and professional in every way possible.
Jessica Miranda, our sales rep, did all she could to make our experience as hassle free as possible. Including giving us updates as our trailer was being built and delivered as promised.
So far all the staff involved with our purchase has exceeded our expectations.
Of course service is a huge part of any RV operation..... and although we haven't had the opportunity to cross that bridge as yet, I am in hope that the experience with Colton will be the same as the purchase.

I would also like to complement another employee by the name of Jim Letourneau. Him and his wife camp in the same camground as we do and has been very helpful to us many times during his off hours.
