Grand Design appears to be a great company,I'm glad we purchased a Reflection fifth wheel. Colton of North Tonawanda also has been very good for service. I'm glad they have John Moss for a service manager and also Dee in the service department.

The customer service that we received was absolutely fantastic. Everyone at Colton that we dealt with was very professional and yet extremely personable. I have been telling everyone about my experience at Colton. Everything was a breeze. Our sales guy John was a delight. He sat us down to get an idea of what to show us and then immediately took us in the lot to check out every option available. John was very knowledgeable, down to Earth, easy to talk to and answered every question we had with honest answers. I would purchase another motor home from John and the Colton staff without a doubt. My wife and I came to Colton after having a poor experience at another local camper dealer and we are very glad we did. A big thank you to everyone at Colton.
