Great products and Great service
Sales was very knowledgeable and helpful is assisting us in finding the style of camper we were interested in. There was a "no pressure" feeling during the whole process.
My only discontent of sorts is the fact that the camper sat on the lot for several months and nobody ever noticed a leak above the window between the recliners and the window above the sink. I drove it to my driveway 20 miles away and next rain showed me water in both places. No one seem to have noticed that the arms on the recliner were not tight, or broken either. On the invoice it was stated they'd be fixed, but weren't when we went in to pick the unit up. It was determined they couldn't be and they would be sent in for a warranty claim, which Keystone originally declined. That has since been resolved and we are currently waiting for replacements.
The leak on the other hand is different story. The camper was returned for the repairs, but after 10 days they could not detect a leak. I brought it home and after the next rain, had water in the window frame above the sink. So that one is still pending.
Outside of the camper issues, my experience with the Colton staff is been great. They are trying hard to accommodate the issues and have always displayed a great attitude in doing so.
We did not purchase from this location, we purchased from Orchard Park. Craig was our salesman and worked with us for weeks. i loved the attention to detail that he put in making sure when we went to see the unit, that it was cleaned and polished. He respected the fact that this was a big purchase. I believe Niko (sp) was our guy who went through the coach and he was fantastic. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and really made us feel like we were making the right decision with out a high sales pitch. We will certainly look again at that location when we upgrade in a few yrs. We have looked and had contact with many dealerships and this by far was the best experience!

I want to thank the Colton RV team for making our first time RV purchase, a Tiffin Allergo Breeze, easy and enjoyable. Everyone made sure I understood the operation of all the components, they corrected issues as we identified, and that I was comfortable to drive the 600 miles back to Maine.

We were very please with just about everyone at Colton RV at he Hershey RV Show where we purchased our new, 2019 Tiffin Wayfarer motor home. Our only complaint was that the post-purchase walk-through was not as comprehensive as we would have liked. When we returned home there were many things that we were not sure about.

I e tried to do business with several Tiffin dealers to no avail. Colton RV did everything possible to sell us a motorhome and we are proud owners of a 2019 34PA and couldn’t be happier. Why you ask? Because Colton had built an outstanding sales team and a fantastic service department. Our sales person Sara Orlando was the best sales representative we have ever met as she was constantly on the phone keeping us informed where are deal was and she was more than determined to see us drive back to Tennessee with a new Motorhome. It is people like Sara that turn the wheels for Colton RV. On the service end Tom Mohring, Jim and their manager Shawn were just a part of the teamwork getting our Motorhome ready for delivery. They had to do a good job because Sara Orlando had our trade in sold! Nope can’t say enough for the way we were treated. The Finance folks especially Brett Borowiec Ryan and Jennifer went to the limits to help us and for that we thank them. Maybe if we live to be 90 we will come to Colton for our next Motorhome. Thanks again gang you made two people very happy.

The tech who worked on our Airstream trailer was able to repair a damaged part of the rub-rail trim, and match the existing trim - not an easy job.
Colton has a great repair and maintenance facility - clean and well organized.

We liked how informative your staff is - Colin was very helpful, as well as every other person we spoke with, and we never felt as if we were being pressured into anything. From the trailers we looked at, to options, to accessories - it was all explained to us and choices were ours to make. We have heard not so great stories about purchases elsewhere - being newbies to the camper-owning world, we are grateful that we dealt with Colton RV for the first one.

Great salesman "Big Dave", he help me to get the perfect trailer and help me through the process of getting it, introduced me to the service department making sure that I got all the accessories I needed to get it set up. The service department was great in the way the parts supervisor the installation, instructed in using the trailer and accessories. I would highly recommend that if any looking for a RV, Trailer, or Accessories in the North Tonawanda's, or the Colton Trailer in the South Towns.
