I DO wish you had a mobile unit that could come to RV parks for small jobs. We just needed a switch changed on our wingard satellite because we went from directv to dish. We had to unhook and drive up there and then drive back to the park and hook up again. We we got home the tv's didn't work right so we called Dish and they walked us through some steps. We thought it was fixed but again, they didn't work right. Jason called us and asked if it was working & we let him know they weren't. He asked if we wanted to bring it in. We just didn't want to unhook and drive up there, come back to the park and have to hook up again. A mobile unit would help a lot of people on the road and parked at an RV Park. And we have already recommended you to somebody that had problems . They were parked next to us. They appreciated it. Anyway, just my thoughts.
We had an electrical problem and the service department could not have been more efficient or faster to help me!

Customer service was awesome
When we came for our 6 month check up on our toy hauler. The appointment was only for 3 hours. Turn out to be about 2 months. $400.00 later you would of thought they would of said heres the winterize at no cost, since they did it for free the week before for other customers. Got a run around when trying to call to talk to someone about when it would be ready....Very disappointed in the service. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything there.
No hassle sales when initially looking. Not pushy or trying to force us into a purchase even though we ultimately did purchase a travel trailer.
We just bought a 2017 Thor Challenger it's a very nice unit there is some little defects we are on our first vacation with this unit Colton RV doing everything in their power to make us happy

Your customer service is second to none. From Rich calling us back after hours on a Friday to paperwork and the camper being delivered directly to our house. Michael, our salesman was very accommodating . You made this a seamless pleasant buying experience. You have earned a customer for life.
Everyone we encountered at the dealership in Orchard Park was super friendly. We liked having the opportunity to stay overnight in our new TT at the dealership to help learn the rope of the TT.
The repair work was very well done on our Airstream Flying Cloud.

Shawn and the rest of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their attention and patience in dealing with us and our requests were much appreciated. Brett's working to help with financing, which I am sure took hours, and his personal contact assured us that everything was being done to help us. Even though we ultimately had to take another route to pay for our motorhome he was helpful in making it all possible. Shawn's assistance and availability, even via texts, was a great asset and comforting presence. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with Colton RV.

I needed a new jack on camper.. I called and was told to bring in that day.... (my truck was still connected to the camper) so i brought in and by the end of the day... the jack was installed and camper was ready for me to pick up same day....nice job colton
