We met Chuck Partsch on a camping trip in upstate New York. We got together because he has the same breed of dogs that we have. We told Chuck that we were planning on going to the RV show in Hershey Penn. He told us to stop by the Colton RV booth because we would love the Tiffin RV's. Well, he was right. We fell in love with a Tiffin 34 foot Open Road. Everyone was so helpful and caring. When we went to pick up our R.V., we stayed 2 nights Colton RV 's " campground". They even gave us a car to use to run errands. Any and all problems we found with our unit were repaired right away. We have owned 5 other RV's in our lifetime and never have we been treated as well as we were at Colton RV.
It took a long time to get our new Beacon 5th Wheel, but hopefully it was worth the wait. We just took delivery on January 8th, so we haven' had a chance to fully appreciate our purchase.
We do want to thank the staff at Colton RV for the friendly and helpful experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone did what they could to move things along, so we could get back on the road. They even helped us move our stuff from the motorhome to the new Beacon. Their action allowed us to stay on schedule and leave the dealership a little after 6:00 pm.
A special thanks to Jessica Miranda and Binoy George for working with us closely and keeping us informed along the way. They made us feel comfortable with the present and confident in the future with Colton RV.

Initial services were fine; however, I have not yet taken possession of my RV and no service has been done to my unit.

I liked that you "over delivered" on your promises. Often companies promise the world and in the end the customers are left with less than expected. At every point we were pleasantly surprised with Colton RV pf Orchard Park. Whether it was the 50/50 warranty, new tires on the unit, or service willing to stay late to meet the delivery time table we left feeling we had done business with a reputable company.
We are pleased with the services that Colton RV provided us in the purchase of our new coach. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helped us with answering the questions necessary in making and finalizing all decisions before our purchase was made. Colton met our time frame in taking delivery of the coach with no pressure. The finance department was able to secure us a better interest rate than our own bank was able to provide. On delivery the service personal spent a great deal of time cleaning and preparing the coach. All the systems were checked to insure they were working properly. They did a thorough walk thru with us to make sure we understood how to use the many features that came with our new coach. Thank you to all the Colton team!

Purchased a Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34pa. And as to be expected not every thing was perfect. There were a couple of small items that needed tweaking and your service department took care of them fight away.
The rest of your staff we had direct contact with were very helpfull and courteous from the purchase at Hershey through the delivery in North Tawanda. A big thank you to Binoy, Keith, Jessica and Mason.

The people from Colton RV were very polite and very very knowledgeable about everything concerning our new Tiffin 40QKH Motorhome. All we had to do was to ask and magically they would appear on the site they supplied for us so we could get comfortable with everything concerning the motorhome. Any of the few issues we found were promptly resolved.
We were very happy that we were shown how to use both the inside and outside of our new RV. Niko answered our numerous questions and when he didn’t know the answer, he found someone who could help us. The service manager sat down with us, got to know us and assured that we could call with any questions. We felt very special when we were welcomed by several of the staff when we arrived.
We are currently dealing with Colton RV's parts department, Dave Deas in particular. We are very pleased with all the help Dave has provided . He is helpful and diligent. I couldn't ask for a better partner with our project. Colton RV has been easy to work with and great with pricing. We did have a damaged (from the factory) part , that the parts department quickly fixed and and then assured reliability of the part. Again, we couldn't ask for a better partner for our project than Colton RV.
We are RV years and had been for years. However we have never owned a diesel vehicle so on our maiden voyage -we not only had trouble knowing what pump to pull up two, what receiver was going to fit into our unit, let alone knowing about the sensor to open up the second door in the receiveig neck going to the Diesel gas tank.. those nozzles had sensors on them, Plus were two different kinds of receivers! it was a real educational trip for us.we got on the phone to Colton RV on a Thursday late night. A man in the office campus on the phone- while he called for Ford motor to ask about why we were having such problems. they figured it out for us. All of this came about because we received a manual with our unit, however it was for a gas engine, “ not diesel,” so we were completely in the dark —at a loss. nothing about diesel anywhere on board. Remembering I know nothing about Diesel. The mind-boggling that went on as I tried to figure out the gas engine manual How Icould equate that to the diesel engine. the frustration of that..The saving grace was the fact that the gentleman on the phone stayed with us until the problem was solved and promised to get as a manual. So we made several more calls and several people were involved in trying to get us a manual for our 2017 the Thor (ford build) compress 23 foot TK diesel motorhome. A month had passed and every time I called we were reassured somebody was working on it. On December 7 we received the most wonderful detailed manual that you could ever imagine. Somebody had taken the time to label everything from A-B about that diesel engine as well as our coach The people at Colton RV from the secretaries, to the sales people, to the finance people, to the people in service, you are top drawer!!!! thank you so much for coming through for us.. you are an amazing team -thank you again for Staying With the manual until it was completed and given us the education on our diesel unit -that we so badly needed...is deeply appreciate...I have no words to describe what a tremendous thoughtful thorough job that was done putting together the manual for us. Matt Seward was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was patient, always professional and accommodating. We spoke to many dealers and purchased at Colton because of him.
You did all that I needed &, by appearances did a good job. I took it right to winter storage so haven't tried anything except jack. Next scheduled outing is March.

Colton had the right product for us. They were friendly, helpful and informative. They worked with us while we went on a three week vacation. We found them to be supportive and fair on trade ins. It was great having a place to live in our Bus while we waited for financing and some fixes and a few days of familiarization. All in all they were great and the coffee was good.

It was a painless transaction with Kevin taking care of the financing, and Shawn was fantastic with the orientation. After the formal walkthrough, Shawn took the extra time to answer all of our questions making sure that we were comfortable towing our first fifth wheel back to Pennsylvania.
They are very professional. As a first time travel trailer owner they have been dry helpful.
