The whole team was very responsive to our needs and desires! We bought a used motorhome almost totally over the phone! They were quick to get back to us with answers to all of our questions, sending lots of pictures and once we got there, they helped us with any repairs needed in their quest to provide a coach as close to brand new as possible. The loan process was stream-lined and easy to understand. They have a small campground where they allowed us to park our old 5th wheel waiting for the trade, and then for several days afterwards to get to know our newly purchased motorhome to be able to spot any bugs and fix them. A very nice experience all the way around.
We had great service, Chuck our salesman and Binoy were wonderful. Pretty easy process with both buying our new motorhome. If we ever are in need of anything else would definitely go back there again.

We purchased a 2020 38KA Tiffin motorhome and even thou we had a problem which was a freightliner issue Colton went above and beyond taking care of us. We got it back the following day and stayed in the RV for another 2 nights. They de-winterized it and the morning we were going to leave they winterized it. They took care of all the minor issues and we didn't have to wait. They have very qualified people working for them from the parts department to the repair folks and sales. My sales person Chuck is the best. he answered my text messages after hours and helped out when ever we needed someone to explain or fix something minor. Special Thanks to - Sean, Kevin, Sara, Matt to name a few and everyone else we met in our time in North Tonawanda, NY.

I loved our salesman Bill G. He was patient, not PUSHY, and listened to me! He asked questions of me and directed me to a few choices I had never thought about. He shared personal experience and had some great stories. Bottom line.. we will return for our next RV purchase.
The sales team, the receptionist, the parts manager,financial advisor and the mechanics/technician were so great with sharing useful information. Putting our mind at ease that we are making good choice and we did purchase an RV. Everything went smoothly and we have the RV in the driveway, trying to get it all packed up for an adventure. We can't wait!!

Very displeased that Isata 3 does not have a written manual as Winnebago View does.. We are both 74 don't have a laptop and not computer literate. Colton should print us out a hard copy!!!!
We felt that you had a large selection of RVs both class c and especially class a we were looking for a diesel class a and you were able to fill our needs I liked working with the staff I did like working with the maintenance people who were very patient with us about operation of the vehicle and about how everything else on the outside operated where to find things where buttons were and and overall good experience with introducing us to a new class a motorhome

After going back and forth between the 2 campers we liked, our salesman John Fanale sat with us at the rv show and explained different things, helped us make sense of what we wanted and needed, and set up a meeting to see the 2nd unit at your shop on a wednesday. He didnt push us one way or the other, didnt pressure us any way what so ever, he just went with the flow. That stuck out for me and thats how you guys earned my business. His laid back approach really sold us on buying the camper we wanted. Very happy with our purchase and with Colton Rv. I must say i dont know if i would have bought if we didnt meet John.

The personnel are all great from the salesman to the young lady doing the orientation and the finance manager. Everyone was very helpful and pleasent.
My wife and I started looking for our first camping trailer several months ago. We only went to two companies in the end: Buffalo RV first and then Colton RV. Boy, could the two experiences be anymore different.
When we first went to Buffalo RV it was more on a whim of an idea of ever owning a camper but the way my wife and I work-a whim is more than enough to get us fully invested. We arrived to look at a certain camper from a website viewing but asked right away if we could just browse first and then have a salesperson walk with us. That request was ignored right away at Buffalo RV as a salesperson was on us from start to finish. At Colton, Adam literally gave us his trailer key and said either come grab him if needed or he would be out in an hour-whichever came first.
The salesman at Buffalo Rv did what salespeople tend to do...push push push. He tried to guide us to what we thought we wanted but resisted showing us certain trailers because of things we thought we wanted at the time (point of note-the trailer we ended up buying was pretty much the opposite of what we originally thought we wanted). The point of this is we knew we were in new territory and wanted to do our initial browsing without being pushed around.
The Buffalo RV salesperson was sketchy along the way but did get us hooked on a certain trailer and it wasn't until we got to the paperwork stage that we caught him in a few lies and fake promises. That, in the end, wasn't a big deal because you expect that of the sales process. I guess the most annoying thing in the end is we were straight up at first saying where we were at in the searching process and were both pushed and lied to to try to get to a sale.
Colton RV, on the other hand, was straight-forward from the moment we walked in the door. We got a salesperson right away. We explained where we were at in the searching process (most importantly-not sure where we were at and mostly browsing!) Adam literally took the key off his keychain and handed it to me saying he understood, browse around and let him know when and if we were ready for more info.
We looked at probably every travel trailer on site without having to worry about dragging around a salesperson and wasting their time or asking "stupid" questions. The experience was enjoyable rather than a chore. Our two boys were able to be themselves. We were able to consider options we normally wouldn't have. Everything from new to used, expensive to cheap, long-term to short-term and trade-in.
Adam joined us later on and explained every option. He seemed to have a much greater understanding of the products available and while not being pushy-seemed to love the idea of owning a camper through Colton much more than the Buffalo RV salesperson (I wouldn't include his name either way but also didn't remember his name despite almost buying a trailer from him just a few months ago if that says anything to the different experiences. I have Adam's personal phone number in my phone even before buying a trailer from him and my wife is friends on Facebook with him.)
Adam let us walk in and search, discover the different options, explained them along the way, gave his own camping experiences and suggestions, and let us walk out without meeting with his higher ups because he understood and accepted our initial conditions of we're just not in a financial situation were purchasing that day made sense.
Adam called twice after that. A couple days later to give us his personal number and to let us know Colton would have an RV show in January which is when we said we would start looking again. And a few weeks before the show because I asked him to remind me closer to the show.
I'm dragging this out way too long. In the end, we went into the show only considering Colton RV, We looked at every trailer on the property despite this. In the end, our initial thoughts were validated. Colton RV was both very upfront with their prices (many of the trailers didn't have a price listed, forcing you to talk to a representative rather than just being able to browse) and very cheap compared to the ones that were listed.
We talked with Adam for an hour that day and still left the show without feeling pressured into buying. We came back the next day and threw Adam and ourselves a curveball and bought a 2019 Springdale 38fl. We had talked with Adam for over an hour the day before about wanting to go cheaper and keep our monthly payment down. We felt so comfortable with the experience and Colton Rv though that we decided to go with a long term ownership plan instead of a short term buy and trade-in in a few years.
The staff stayed after their closing hours that day and got us into a low monthly payment that still fit that original budget and all parties left happy! I look forward to working with Colton RV for many years for all of our camping needs.

The trailer was everything the salesman Jake said it would be. The trailer was inside the shop for our final walk around making everything easy to test and review.

Sales (Chuck) was very patient with my wife and I as we looked at the incredible selection of RV's. No pressure sales and clear knowledge of all RV models and features. Financing (Jeff) walked us through the options once we decided on the best RV trailer for us. Very through on all necessary paperwork to obtain bank loan, DMV registration, warranty options and wrap-up. On day of delivery, RV orientation (Matt) demonstrated the trailer features and set-up involved. We are new to the RV trailer world and Matt was patient as he "walked" us newbies thru the motions. He graciously answered our endless questions. I highly recommend Colton RV.

We thought that John Fanale was very nice to work with and was patient with us, since we wanted to look at quite a few travel trailer. During the walk through upon pick up, would have liked to be able to see the water pump and if it had a bypass. Staff were unsure and noone offered to open up the compartment, which included removing a few screws. Would have liked a little more explanation on the hitch arrangement and how to set up the trailer brakes. Otherwise the walk through covered everything we needed to know. 10% discount on merchandise was nice, as we purchased several items. Finally, our appointment to pick up the trailer and do the walk through was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but we had to wait over an hour before meeting with someone. I understand that staff called in. We do love the camper and feel we got a fair deal. Thank you.
