Sales staff were great. But what really stood out was the tech guys. Matt, Reuben, and especially Shaun and service manager John. They made sure we were comfortable understanding and operating the rig and the flat tow package we had installed. Stayed with us after hrs until we were set. Had a couple of small issues on the drive back to CT but love this Magnitude XG 32.

I’ve dealt with plenty of dealers and parts personal over the years. This place is by far the best. I drove 6 hrs away and pasted many RV dealers along the way and I am very happy I did. The service even after I bought my coach is great. Every department listens to your needs and does what they say. I would definitely send all my camping friends there. It’s worth the drive.

I was impressed with the level of customer service that I received in sales, finance, and service during the purchase of my new travel trailer. I am happy to be dealing with a family owned company as opposed to a large national chain, and I feel that Colton RV will be there for me as needed down the road. They truly care about what the customer thinks about them and act accordingly!

We traded in a 2018 Jayco 5th wheel for a new Grand Design 5th wheel. The Grand Design seems to be built quite a bit better.

We havent had the chance, to take out our new RV due to the Corona Virus. But were super excited for when the time comes. The design and craftsmanship of the 2020 Prime Time Avenger 27DBS is outstanding. We love the earth tone colors inside and out with attention to detail. There is so much room to hold our 2 adults, three children (10, 8 and 7) and one 8 month old husky pup. Lots of storage, a 50 inch TV, very large bunks and a great slide out with a love seat and large dinning table that will fit all 5 of us. You cant beat the quality of furniture, stainless steal sink, stove with oven and full size fridge with freezer. The best part is a barn door for privacy on our bedroom, outside kitchen, and shower. I could go on and on as there is so much to see and love at Colton RV. If you need anything, salesman Rich Gambino can answer all your questions. And before you leave check out their supplies store. Justin at the Orchard Park location is great explaining anything you may need.
From the time we walked in the door till the time we finished the purchase Everyone was so helpful. We purchased a New Camper it had a couple hiccups they fixed right away and it was smooth sailing. Highly reccomend. Will go back to store for needed items.

Every time I come here, besides being greeted by a friendly receptionist, I find a clean efficient facility. Polite, professional folks that are realistic about what is going on, and do not promise the moon.

I was wishing I had never bought my brand new Jayco class C after my horrible experience attempting to get work done at another dealership.
I am pleased and excited. EVERYTHING I needed and wanted done completed! I didn’t have to argue, I didn’t have to beg, I did not have to explain five different times and still not get the work done. Even during this troubled time Colton you stayed in touch with me and made sure everything was done right and that I was satisfied.

Though this remains to be proven to me, I get the overall feeling that Colton rv is sincere when it comes to this claim. Our sales associate Bill G.
