I was satisfied with the service. However, I don't recall agreeing to the actual day that the technician arrived to do the service. I'm unsure why this happened, but I suggest you send the customer an alert note one to two days in advance of the actual work day.

I cannot say enough positive things about First name removed Mastronie. He assisted us with setting mouse traps and also completed our routine exterior spray, and the entire experience was outstanding. From his courtesy phone call to confirm the appointment, to the heads-up that he was on his way, to the prompt knock on the door, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care.
First name removed took the time to explain his work thoroughly and provided clear briefings at the end of the visit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable—refreshingly human, not someone simply going through the motions or reading from a script. It’s rare to find individuals who take such pride in their work, and it truly shows in First name removed’s service. If I owned a business, he is exactly the kind of person I would want representing it.

The primary reason for giving a score of 10 is because of Devon Bass. There are lots of pest control companies using the same chemicals but Devon keeps my business at Terminix. He services the homes of many of my family members and we all think he’s the best!

Ever since Dave took over I decided to stay with Terminix. Not one employee previously could hold a flame. He should train all of your employees.
