The technician helped me concerning sugar ants that occasionally show up in our kitcher. I was unaware they are inclinded to be around white counters. This was a first visit, so this was a "Learning and educational" visit as to our future needs and concerns. I look forward to great service and the tech and I hit it off with conversations ......

I am extremely disappointed in the service desk portion of Terminix. When I first called Terminix about potential service, they outright lied to me about nearly every aspect and are completely worthless in every possible way. In trying to find out what went wrong they were nothing but disrespectful, snide, and ignorant. Should Terminix fired every last person at in the new customer call department, not one single thing of value would be lost and the company would probably save money.
That being said, I decided to keep my Terminix subscription due to the incredible work ethic, quality of service, and wonderful attitude of Steven Runda specifically. He is not paid nearly enough and should be receiving the paychecks of the other worthless call desk people. I would like it to be known that he is the sole and ONLY reason I kept Terminix. Should he be transferred to another area or move on to a different company I will be ending my Terminix subscription as soon as I find out. As I suspect there are other customers who have the same opinion, it would be in Terminix's best interest to insure that he is paid significantly and well for his work.
